Central air conditioner thermostat is located on the wall next to the kitchen. Bedroom #1: One king bed in the master. Bathroom #1: Toilet, sink, shower with no tub attached to the master bedroom. Bedroom #2: One queen bed. Bedroom #3: One queen bed. Bathroom #2: Toilet, sink and shower with standalone tub located in the hallway. Washer and dryer in the hallway. [Lower floor] Will require stairs to go down from the main level. Bedroom #4: Queen bed. Bedroom #5: King bed with gas fireplace. Bathroom #3: Toilet, sink and shower with no tub located in the hallway. [OTHERS] -Parking available in the driveway. -Wood fire pit in the backyard.
