[Main floor] Will require stairs to get to the main level from the entry. -living room: Two sofa bed/ futon sleepers and TV is smart only- no cable. -kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances, drip coffee pot and a dining table. Central air conditioner thermostat is located on the wall next to the kitchen. Bedroom #1: One king bed in the master. Bathroom #1: Toilet, sink, shower with no tub attached to the master bedroom. Bedroom #2: One queen bed. Bedroom #3: One queen bed. Bathroom #2: Toilet, sink and shower with standalone tub located in the hallway. Washer and dryer in the hallway. [Lower floor] Will require stairs to go down from the main level. Bedroom #4: Queen bed. Bedroom #5: King bed with gas fireplace. Bathroom #3: Toilet, sink and shower with no tub located in the hallway. [OTHERS] -Parking available in the driveway. -Wood fire pit in the backyard. Guests will need to bring their own wood to use. -This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. - WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur. -Garage is off limits. - Fireworks are not permitted on this property. This applies to 4th of July holiday and all other holidays/stays. Guest access The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. The check-in information and the door code is sent at 4 pm check-in time on the day of check-in once you are all set for your check-in. For early check-ins, the check-in host will automatically let you know on the day of check-in if the property is ready earlier. Other things to note Any reservation over 30 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. For reservations over 30 nights and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.
