The Seven Mile View complex is a wonderful place to stay with its oceanfront location and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach. The renovated condos offer modern amenities, beautiful views, and unique designs. There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 m The space Promotions: This property offers automatic discounts based on your travel dates—no promo codes or special requests needed. The property: The entire Seven Mile View complex has undergone a complete renovation, featuring modern kitchens, high-end tile floors, floating staircases, large windows that flood the spaces with natural light and offer spectacular ocean views, patios off the living and bedroom areas, and high ceilings. The bathrooms have been designed with high-end tile throughout and feature modern cabinets and fixtures. Each of the five residences has its own unique design, construction, and layout, all incorporating top-of-the-line materials. Accommodation: The condo features a Queen-size bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It is fully furnished and equipped with amenities such as a comfortable living area, HDTV with cable, high-speed WiFi, a kitchenette with burners, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, a BBQ grill, and all necessary linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Complimentary laundry service is provided for this unit. Condo guests in units 3A and 3B share access to a washer and dryer space at the complex.  Linens and towels are changed out by your housekeeper upon request. Essentials Starter Pack Included: Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started. Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper,  paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided. Inclusions: Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach. Convenient Location: The location of Seven Mile View offers easy access to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, and various water attractions such as the Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Farm, and Beach Horseback Riding. Unit #1 faces the pool, ocean and has a view to the West Bay dock. Distance to Restaurants (Seven Mile Beach area is food central: Seven Mile View is well-positioned, so here’s what you’ve got nearby: Closest Restaurants (Walking Distance): - Alfresco Restaurant – about 2–3 minutes on foot (literally across the road!) - Heritage Kitchen – around 8–10 minutes walking (charming local spot by the beach) - Macabuca & Cracked Conch – about 20–25 minutes walking, or 5 min drive (worth it for sunset + cocktails!) Other popular options (Driving): - Coconut Joe’s, Peppers, XQ's, The Wharf – all about 5–10 minutes by car. - Camana Bay (with lots of restaurants and shops) – also 10 minutes by car. So basically, if you're staying at Seven Mile View, you can walk to a couple of gems and drive easily to everything else. Transportation options include: • Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car • Bus Service: You can catch a local bus just steps from the condo—just wave one down along the main road for an easy ride to town, the beach, or the airport! Supermarket and Sunday Closures: Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food. Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays. Accessibility: Ground-floor unit.
