The house has: 5 bedrooms, each with their bathroom: - Bedroom #1 with a 160x200 bed - Bedroom N°2 with 3 beds of 90x200 (1 bench and bunk) - Bedroom #3 with a 160x200 bed - Bedroom #4 with a 160x190 bed - Bedroom #5 with 2 beds 90x200 (bunk bed) 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens: - 1 on the first floor - 1 upstairs (with sea view) 1 terrace with teak furniture and deck chair 1 walled garden ********** CONCIERGE PACKAGE: The "Cleaning Fee" is a service of a house ready upon your arrival: - the house will be cleaned on your arrival - the beds will be made - Two towels per adult and one towel per child will be available to you (summer is added a foutah as a beach towel) - You will have available for your stay (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets & dishwashing liquid as well as a kitchen base with oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee ...) - and the BEST ... the house will be cleaned after your departure ... a ZEN and cool checkout!! ********** - 5 night minimum during school holidays - Minimum of 14 nights during major holidays - Minimum of 2 nights for any other periods - Spring bridges, the entire duration of the bridge Other things to note A renovated family home for an exceptional vacation Passed down within our family since the late 19th century, this residence is above all a house of the heart. It has been completely updated with quality materials. You will find a decidedly "vacation" atmosphere and a very functional layout for gatherings with family or friends. Because this is a living house full of history, we carefully select our tenants: we open our doors to respectful guests who are capable of looking after the place and taking care of it as if it were their own home. Capacity & Layout of the rooms: The house can accommodate up to 11 people in total (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for avoiding traffic jams when returning from the beach!). This comfortable package includes: Full cleaning provided before and after each stay. Beds made upon arrival. Linens: Bathroom towels provided. ⚠️ What the housekeeping package does not include: The housekeeping package does not exempt you from the basic rules of community living. Other people's dirt is often very unpleasant, while one's own is tolerated... so clean as if you were doing it for yourself! Before you leave, you are still responsible for: Empty the dishwasher and put everything back in its place. If you use both kitchens, be very careful not to mix the dishes and utensils between them. The thorough cleaning of the griddle and the oven drip trays, and the impeccable cleanliness of the inside and outside of the stoves. Empty the garbage cans (including glass) and put the dry laundry in the designated bags. On a car-free island, all the logistics are handled manually handled by our local concierge team. Without them, it would be impossible for us to rent. Respecting their work by taking these few simple steps upon departure directly helps us preserve this house and keep it in the family. 🍳 The kitchenette The kitchen background is especially complete so that you do not miss anything.
