Also, as a traveler myself – I understand how important it is to have the right pillow, I am providing an extra set of pillows of your choice, so you can try them and find your favorite. All my linens and bath towels are pure cotton, comforters are all breathable 100% goose down and cotton (anti-allergy). Also, you will find all bathroom necessities for your convenience. I would like you to have a stress-free time while staying in our house! The home features a patio with pergola, BBQ Grill, backyard with fire pit, a well-stocked kitchen, sunroom/living room with electric fireplace and large 64in smart TV, a good size yet comfortable dining area, and many more amenities. ★ For your convenience ★ -- THREE BATHROOMS, so you don't have to queue if there are a large group of people. -- Laundry room with new washer and dryer, iron, steemer, full iron board. -- Superfast Quantum fiber cable internet with WiFi: download speeds of up to 950 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 19 Mbps. TVs have ROKU built-in so it has more possibilities to watch free channels and free movies. On either TV, many different programs are available (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, YouTube etc.) Some require a subscription, many don't. -- Office area with printer/scanner and office supplies. -- Game/Bonus Room in the lower level with many different board games included. -- Home Gym with equipment, so you can comfortably carry out your exercise routine. ★ Pet-friendly Home ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They'll have fun in the backyard while you relax on the patio (pet fee required, please read details below). Guest access ★ Accommodation ★ House has good capacity to accommodate large groups of people, up to 10. Besides the four beds, there are a comfy couches and air mattress for these occasions. You will have access to the entire house for a comfortable stay except for the locked owner's storage in the basement. All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. If you have any questions - please ask! We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable. We have the highest cleaning standards after each stay! We not only clean the whole house, disinfect and inspect, but also iron all the pillowcases, spending extra time washing towels and linens on a special hot water cycle. We wipe all surfaces that can be touched with a disinfectant. So, the quality of the cleaning is reflected in the cleaning fee. Other things to note ! ! ! IMPORTANT RULES: PLEASE READ ! ! ! -- Parties and big gatherings are NOT allowed. -- Indoor smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are NOT allowed in this house. No drug use on the property, including marijuana with a medical ID. We care about our neighbors and our home. -- $50 PET FEE! Pets are welcome for an additional pet-cleaning/sanitation flat fee of $50 per pet. Only small and medium size dogs are allowed (weight not more then 30lb). Please inform Host if your pet is joining you. Sorry, no cats allowed. -- All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required. -- All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in. No exception. -- Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with one camera on the exterior door in the front porch (records video and audio 24/7). A second exterior camera maintained in the back yard (records video and audio 24/7). These cameras are ONLY on the exterior for monitoring, and there are no cameras on the inside of the house.
