Cozy apartment, just renovated in a quiet area of the Flaminio district, close to the Olympic Stadium, Ponte Milvio, MAXXI Museum, Stadio Flaminio and the Teatro Olimpico. A few steps away there is the tram stop n.2 which in a few minutes will take you to Piazza del Popolo from which it will be easy to reach all the most important places in Rome such as the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, the Pantheon. The space The house is on the second floor with lift (20 steps to be climb), has an entrance hall, a living room with a double sofa bed (140x190 cm), table and chairs, Smart TV, a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Guests will have a free usage of air conditioning (in the double bedroom), free wi-fi internet connection, heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby bed, towels and bed linens. Other things to note On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with a private driver who can take guests directly from the airport to the front of the apartment. For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability. For stays longer than 20 nights, the cost of electricity will be paid according to consumption at the price of €0.40 per kw/h.
