As you step into this newly built townhome, you are invited to an open sunlit floor plan with elegant and modern furnishings including a comfortable sleeper sofa and two accent chairs. The six-seat dining table and the three-seat breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen are where you and your loved ones can gather for home-cooked meals and plan out the day's adventures. A private patio with a six-seat table and two patio chairs is the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine and warm weather on your vacation. On the second floor, you can find all three bedrooms including a king-sized suite with an adjoining bathroom, an additional king-sized bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin-sized beds. A full-sized washer and dryer are also available on this level for any laundry needs and a shared family bathroom. Failing that a full refund of all monies paid to the company will be made but that will constitute the limit of the company’s liability. Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 8 weeks or more prior to arrival - loss of deposit / For Holiday periods loss of 50% or all funds paid on the reservation at the time of cancellation.
