NEW DOCK-Konocti Lake House -Lakeport/Pet Friendly

Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! Located on the west side of Lakeport on the water. This house is ideal for groups of anglers or anyone looking for a quiet and scenic neighborhood to relax near the lake. There is easy parking for three truck/boat combos in the front with ample outdoor lighting. Amazing scenery with a land preserve and views of Mount Konocti. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake. The space The house is updated with new laminate flooring, paint and new plumbing and lighting fixtures. There is a fully stocked kitchen and propane Bbq on the back porch. Towels and extra bedding are provided and there is a washer and dryer. There is one covered parking area in the front yard and gravel for additional parking. There is also a 30amp RV receptacle and room to park an RV in the front yard. The backyard has a large covered concrete porch and steps down to the back yard and ramp to a new private dock. Children must have life vest on!!!! Guest access There is a small storage/garage area that we keep property supplies and personal use, Other than this area the entire property can be used.
