Sofa in the living room is not a sleeper. But, we do have a blow up mattress and extra bedding. The lake, pool, spa and day dock right out your backdoor. Great for families and groups. No pets/no smoking. We also have many other condos in the same complex for larger groups. The space Large kitchen for family gatherings. Dining table seats 8 easily. Master room sleeps 5 comfortably. Guest room sleeps 6. Guest bath has full sized washer and dryer and comes with soaps and softeners. The deck is the main attraction. Back stairs take you directly to the pool or spa or your boat. Come one come all. We have room for your entire family. Guest access The entire condo along with 2 pools and 3 tennis courts are available to you. Other things to note This condo has 2 free parking places. One covered. One uncovered. There are stairs down to the front door of this unit.
