It offers a calm, lived-in feel while still being within easy walking distance of downtown, so you get the best of both worlds—peace and quiet when you want it, and city energy when you head out. The backyard is a bit of a hidden gem and a lovely surprise for many guests. Mature apple tree, shrubs, and seasonal flowers surround a well-kept lawn and outdoor eating area that’s perfect for BBQs, morning coffee, or unwinding outside after a day of exploring the city. Our family immigrated to Canada from Ukraine, and the home was once owned by my great-aunt Polly.
