3 BR, 3 1/2 Bath cabin with central access to so many local attractions! Great cabin experience but not too remote. Only 7.5 mi. from Exit 407 and Buc-ee's on I-40. Next to Soaky Mountain Water Park & Sevierville Golf Club. It is 1 mile from the Sevierville Convention Ctr., and only 8 miles from Dollywood. Close to Shopping. Free Wi-Fi. HD TV with free channels (BRs also). The primary Renter must be age 25 or older. 6 Guests max incl. children. Infants in own crib OK. No couch sleeping. The space TV's in every Bedroom. 2 Story. Master BR on main level has Queen bed and full bath with walk-in shower. There is a half bath on the main level also. Two Bedrooms upstairs with Queen Beds. 2 Full Baths upstairs. Covered front porch and large side deck with wooded view. The cabin is light and airy with beautiful woodwork, a full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. It has dishes, cookware, a large dining room table, breakfast counter, covered porch with patio furniture, an open deck, hot tub, game room, washer and dryer. A full size coffee maker that uses basket-type filters is provided. The driveway is on a small hill that is somewhat steep for a short distance before leveling off at the top, but the hill part is paved, and 4WD is not required. Guest access The free parking space is a bit tight. But it will accommodate 1 larger vehicle or 2 smaller vehicles. The access driveway curves around to go back to the gravel road. There are some community parking spaces about 30 ft. from the cabin, and additional parking is available on Ravens Ford Way just below the cabin. Thank you! Full kitchen. 4-person Hot Tub. Parking space holds 1 large vehicle or 2 small vehicles, with additional parking nearby and also on gravel road below.
