Guest access Guests also have access to Solterra resort amenities. The resort does charge a fee @ $35 per stay, per group (one time charge for your groups entire stay). An additional $10 for more than 12 guests. Fee paid directly to resort. Other things to note No parking on the grass. No overnight parking on the street. They are designated parking spots around the resort if vehicles will not fit in the driveway. No motorhomes allowed. No moving vans allowed.
