Nauvoo Country Cottage - Sleeps 12

Relax in the quiet of the charming countryside surrounding Nauvoo, yet be close enough to enjoy all the local attractions within minutes. Nauvoo Country Cottage is located just 7.5 miles from the Nauvoo Illinois Temple. This cozy home sits on 3 acres giving plenty of privacy to your family or group. The space This home is great for your family or group gathering! There are 4 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and two with twin bunk beds. The bedrooms with the bunk beds also have lofts with full size mattresses. The lofts are great for kids or small adults and are enclosed with a secure railing. Must be able to climb a ladder and comfortable in small spaces to use the lofts. Two pack-n-play cribs also available for babies. Reunions or large groups may use the yard for tents at $5 per person above 12. Keep in mind that the home is only furnished for up to 12 (sheets, blankets, plates) and there are only 2 bathrooms. There is parking on property however the driveway is only a single car width for most of its length. There is lots of area outside for kids to run and play! Guest access Entire home, fully furnished with laundry and pack-n-play cribs. Guests may use the large yard for tents if they would like. Other things to note This is an older rural country home with a few “character” quirks. We have worked very hard to convert the home to a great bnb experience. You’ll be comfortable and have your privacy. Thank you for your stay. There is a fire pit in the yard for campfires. There is also a charcoal BBQ available, however guests will need to provide their own charcoal and firestarter. The nearest stores are located about 6 minutes away in Fort Madison, IA. There is a toll of $4 in one direction and free toll in the other direction. Access to Nauvoo is toll-free.
