All this with large windows overlooking the magnificent porch, where the exterior and interior merge into one. Next to the porch is the large swimming pool surrounded by lawn with views of the countryside and mountains. On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub. There is also a guest toilet. The whole of the upper floor is for the master bedroom with its outdoor terrace where you can enjoy splendid unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The house is located on a plot of 5.500m2 and its surroundings are typical of the Mallorcan countryside. For golf enthusiasts there are four golf courses, all of them with 18 holes, which regularly organise different tournaments... Pula Golf, Golf Son Servera, Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf. Only 10-15 minutes away by car we can enjoy the whole northwest coast from Costa de los Pinos through Cala Bona and its marina to Cala Millor, Sa Coma... well known tourist centres of Mallorca, where you can find all kinds of activities. Son Servera is located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca on a hill overlooking the sea.
