Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability. As Florida has a tropical climate, it is common to encounter insects such as roaches, ants, and lizards. Despite our best efforts, their presence is sometimes beyond our control. Rest assured, our apartments are clean, and we strive to minimize any inconvenience caused. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please provide accurate information regarding the number of occupants in your reservation. Unregistered guests will not be allowed to stay at the property. Please be aware that there might be occasional noise from the surroundings. We appreciate your cooperation in complying with these rules to maintain a pleasant and comfortable environment. Failure to adhere to the guidelines may result in a fine of $250. LOST & FOUND: Please check the property thoroughly for all personal belongings before leaving. Items left behind will be kept in Lost and Found for 30 days. You may contact us within this period to reclaim them. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated.
