My place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and dog owners (limit 1). The space One dog is allowed at the house but there is an additional fee. This fee is already included in the price of your stay as long as you include a pet when booking. Furthermore, please bring a crate for your dog and crate it in your absence from the house, do not allow the dog on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of its waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
