Serenity’s Cabin is a one-of-a-kind scenic property located on 80+ acres in beautiful North of Chattanooga. Nature surrounds you on this pristine countryside! With five ponds located on the property, you are welcome to catch and release fish, as well as traipse through the many gorgeous walking trails. This property is home to a 3-bedroom, 4 bathroom historical cabin with rustic charm and has many unique artifacts displayed inside. Escape to the most picturesque vacation - Serenity`s Cabin! Our Favorite Things About This Home:             This spacious and charming home has a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and unique living areas, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, pool & poker tables! All three bedrooms have Kings beds and their own full bathrooms. Outdoors you will find a grill, fire pit, multiple ponds, and walking trails for your adventuring. Muscadine grapes grow in the vineyard seasonally on the property as well. This location is just perfect for family gatherings and will be an unforgettable peaceful retreat.             Home Layout:             Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in a spacious entryway and see the fully stocked corner kitchen with everything for your cooking needs. To the right of the kitchen is a dining room which includes a large table with seating for 10 and several windows pouring in gorgeous natural light. As you continue through the home, you will find a comfortable sitting room with several leather armchairs, a television, bookcase, and fireplace.  Continuing through the home, you will enter the larger living area, called the game room, which boasts vaulted ceilings, a poker & pool table, a telescope, and a large stone fireplace. Right off this game room is a spacious back deck with views of the lower pond and mountains. On this main level there are two bedrooms both with King beds and their own full bathrooms. Head upstairs to the loft above the kitchen there is a space with full-size futon and past that is the 3rd bedroom with its own full bathroom and gorgeous views of the outdoors. We look forward to hosting you at Serenity’s Cabin!   Things To Know About This Property: - Please note this home is located on a farm out in the countryside. You may encounter wildlife while staying here.  - Due to this home being in the countryside and older, there are higher then normal levels of iron that is in the water. Based off of a professional water filtration test, the water is fine to use for dishes and for showering but is not drinkable. We do provide a brita water filter but many of our guests choose to purchase bottled water instead.  - Fishing: You will need to bring your own fishing gear if you plan to fish. - There is a grounds keeper named Earl who lives on the other side of the property – you may see him during your stay while out on the property. - This property is up on a mountain - therefore the roads leading up to it are windy. -Please note: due to the nature of this old historical cabin there are a few small sections in the home where the ceilings are low. (6'4") One is a sitting area where the TV is, in between the kitchen and the game room(which both have tall cathedral ceilings.) The other is a stairwell heading up to the upper bedrooms.  Weather and Outages! Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! Guests will have access to the cabin and the surrounding 80+ acre property. There is a grounds keeper named Earl who lives on the other side of the property – you may see him during your stay while out on the property. We like to give our guests space but are always here if needed. This cabin is located 25 minutes from Chattanooga, TN and is north of the city. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful countryside and gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. There are no neighbors close by. You will need a vehicle to travel to and from Chattanooga. This property is up on a mountain - therefore the roads leading up to it are windy. Things To Know About This Property: - Please note this home is located on a farm out in the countryside.
