Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire three-story home and its wonderful amenities. This includes the heated pool, the half-acre tropical yard, the private dock, and all living spaces within the house. The only exceptions are a few locked owner's closets and utility rooms, which are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Accessibility: Please be aware that the home is elevated on stilts and requires stair access to enter and navigate between floors. There is no elevator, and the property is not handicap accessible. Security: For your safety and protection, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (monitoring the front driveway, right side entrance, and back dock) and a doorbell camera. There are also noise level monitors inside that detect decibel levels only and do not record audio. Safety: The home is equipped with smoke detectors that include carbon monoxide monitors, six fire extinguishers, fire blankets, escape ladders, and a monitored alarm system. The property has passed Breezeway's home safety review (Certificate #15717). Booking Requirement: For the safety and security of our guests and property, you will be asked to acknowledge our standard rental agreement, provide a copy of a photo ID and a bunk bed waiver through the booking platform's messaging system after your reservation is confirmed, within 72 hours of booking. If guests do not complete the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply. WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional.
