Thoughtfully renovated in 2021 with comfort and functionality in mind Hernando Beach homes with direct Gulf access and private heated pools are limited — book early for peak seasons. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire three-story home and its wonderful amenities. This includes the heated pool, the half-acre tropical yard, the private dock, and all living spaces within the house. The only exceptions are a few locked owner's closets and utility rooms, which are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Accessibility: The home is elevated and requires stair access to enter and move between levels. There is no elevator and the property is not handicapped accessible. Safety & Security: For guest safety, exterior cameras monitor the driveway, side entrance, and dock areas. A doorbell camera is also installed. Indoor noise monitors measure decibel levels only (no audio recording). The home is equipped with smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, escape ladders, and a monitored alarm system. The property has passed Breezeway’s home safety review (Certificate #15717). Booking Confirmation: After booking, guests will be asked to complete a standard rental agreement, bunk bed waiver, and provide photo ID through Airbnb messaging within 72 hours. This is a routine step to protect both guests and the property. Pool Heat: Pool heat is complimentary and set to 85°F. During colder months, heating times may vary depending on outdoor temperatures. Additionally, due to the design of pool heaters, they may not achieve the set temperature if outdoor temperatures drop into the 50s or lower. WiFi Access: Guests will enter an email and phone number to access the complimentary high-speed WiFi (600+ Mbps). Contact confirmations are optional.
