Our location is unbeatable, as we're situated across from the Victor Depot, where you can easily hop on the Teton Valley Bus Shuttle. This comes in handy during the winter months when you need to access Grand Targhee Resort. Simply get picked up at the bus stop across the street, and you'll be dropped off right in the plaza at Grand Targhee. This means no winter driving, no waiting in line to park, and no walking from your car to the plaza! The shuttle also makes stops in Driggs, giving you easy access to dining options or grocery stores. The living space boasts an open floor plan that takes advantage of the large windows and the surrounding scenery. Every window offers breathtaking views of the town and the surrounding mountain ranges. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast, or simply enjoy a cozy cup of coffee in the morning. NO AIR CONDITIONING As with most homes in the Tetons, this property does not have air conditioning. Our high elevation means evenings cool off nicely even after a warm day, and we've included our best tips for keeping the house comfortable in your check-in guide. Guests will have access to the entire living space which is located on the second floor above the garage. The space is modern and clean and recommended for no more than 4 people. Guests can park near the end of the driveway near the purple door on the side of the garage doors. Guests do not have access to the garage. The purple door has a keypad on it where your code can be entered for entry. Please feel free to leave your shoes on and walk up the stairs. There is a utility room at the top of the stairs where you can take off your shoes and hang your jackets. We believe in giving our guests the privacy to enjoy the home on their own. Yet, we do have a team available 24/7 for any urgent needs. We want to inform you that the majority of vacation homes in this area, including ours, do not have air conditioning. While it can get a bit warm during the midday hours for a few weeks in the summer, the temperature significantly cools down every night, usually dropping to the 50s and 60s. To keep the home cooler, we recommend opening windows and screen doors in the evenings to let in the fresh mountain air. We also provide fans to help circulate the cool breeze throughout the house. We suggest keeping the blinds closed during the day to ensure a comfortable temperature indoors when you return from your daily adventures. If any are found on the property, an additional charge will be applied. :: Please turn all exterior lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. :: Please drive slowly in our neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. :: Maximum of two (2) licensed vehicles in the driveway and garages. :: No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. :: Please do not burn candles or incense in the home when visiting. :: No fireworks on the premises. :: Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. We’ve set out these house rules so that every guest visiting our property has a safe, secure and, most importantly, fun stay at our place. Compliance with these rules is essential for every member in your group. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors from the property who refuse to follow these house rules with no refund given. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws.
