This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with a circular driveway. Lovely and well maintained 2 bedrooms 3 baths with carport featuring two master bedrooms on a split floor plan. The kitchen is gorgeous with newer Stainless Steel appliances and a gorgeous view of the water and passes through to the huge covered patio area. Designer lighting and stylish touches throughout this home. You will enjoy unwinding at the end of the day on your patio or on the weekends in your relaxing pool. Conveniently located near major roadways, shops, and restaurants. This home is not to be missed! Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered. **Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24 **We can accommodate 2 cars max. Strictly no street or grass parking. We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
