The Falls - Townhome 4 is an elegant 3-bedroom 3.5 bath (rented as a 2-bedroom 2.5 bath) end unit townhome in a unique community located on Sandy Lane in Sunset Crest on the prestigious West Coast of Barbados. The Falls is a small exclusive secure gated community with 24-hour security. There is a clubhouse with a lounge area, swimming pool, sun lounging area and a gym just steps away from the front door. The space The townhome is tastefully furnished throughout and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a family holiday including weekly housekeeping services. The spacious open floor plan of the main floor features an Italian kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining for 6, living room, half bath, a/c and a private covered terrace for outdoor dining. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (only two bedrooms being rented under this listing) are cool, breezy and all enjoy en-suite bathrooms, a/c and built-in closets. The master bedroom with a king size bed opens onto a private balcony, perfect for your morning coffee and it’s en-suite boasts both a tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. Only one of these two bedrooms will be included in the two bedroom rental along with the master bedroom. Guest access There are various options for "getting around", which makes is super easy and convenient. Since your accommodations are located in the heart of "Holetown", St. James you can walk to various restaurants, stores and beaches. There is also the option to call for a taxi or to take a local bus or minivan out of and in to town. Additionally, it would be our pleasure to provide you with rental car options, which I am sure you would welcome as there is allotted parking at your townhouse, as well as, ample parking around "Holetown".
