This property offers a plethora of amenities for a comfortable and entertaining stay. Main Level • Office Space: Includes a printer and a sofa bed, perfect for remote work. • Fully Stocked Kitchen: Features a large fridge, built-in wine refrigerator, and a charging station. • Dining Areas: Two dining spaces—one in the kitchen and another near the front entrance. • Living Room: Cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy the 85-inch TV. • Bedroom: A queen bed, 1/2 bath, and a laundry room for convenience. Second Level • Master Suite: Oversized with a spacious en-suite, walk-in closet, and a balcony overlooking the Texas-shaped pool. • Additional Bedrooms: Two full beds and three twin beds, perfect for families. • Full Bath: Includes a glass shower and a tub for the kids. • Game Room: Equipped with a pool table, beverage fridge, board games, and a balcony with a view of the backyard. Parking: • Free parking is available in the driveway at the rear of the house. • Additional parking is available in front of the house. Note: • The wooden gate will be unlocked at the time of check-in. Other things to note There are 4 Cameras all facing the Exterior of the House. They are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They sense motion and record audio and video. All children should be supervised and ensure toddlers wear swim diapers. Guests should never swim alone and should not play around the drains or the covers. No jumping from Hot Tub/Spa to the Pool and DO NOT use the divider (blue tiles) between Spa & Pool as Slide, and DO NOT stand on it. The pool IS NOT heated but can be heated for an additional $100 per day (this is what the utility company charges). NOTE: Please do not mess with the pool equipments. Tampering with the pool equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of your reservation. ***REPLACEMENT COST** Please note that there will be a replacement cost for any missing items, and items that have been damaged including stained, broken, tampered with or ripped during your stay.
