This spectacular luxury holiday home is perfectly positioned in Sunny Aspen Grove, only five minutes drive from central Queenstown. The uninterrupted views over Lake Wakitipu to the Remarkables are truly stunning for all who stay. Solidly built to a luxurious standard, this home copes well with a large group, allowing personal space, quiet, and a great living and entertaining area. The house sleeps up to 10 guests. There are 4 bedrooms with the provision for 2 single beds to be set up in a bedroom (for children only). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, with Bedroom 2 also having a bath. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor of the home, with one bedroom downstairs (ground floor). All rooms have underfloor heating, with a gas fireplace in the living area and additional heaters in the bedrooms. Along with double glazing and its sunny position, this home is warm and cozy in winter, but can be open up for alfresco living in the summer. Air conditioning is not required, as the windows and doors can always be opened to let in the fresh mountain air. The home is positioned on a sunny private section, with views over the lake Wakatipu, the Queenstown Gardens and the Remarkables. There is a large deck to enjoy the views, with a BBQ and dining area. The private outdoor spa (hot tub) is also available solely for guests. For those who like to cook, the large kitchen is well-appointed and you can enjoy creating whilst still being part of the action. The spacious 2-car garage has a drying unit for ski clothes, and a ski repair station. There is additional off-road parking beside the garage. The 4 bedrooms each have their own Smart TV, with the living area having an additional Smart TV and sound system. Each bathroom has a toilet, shower and vanity, with bedroom 2's bathroom also having a bath. All bathrooms have a hairdryer and we supply towels for each guest. MANAGED BY Aspen House is privately managed by the kiwi owners, Steve and Victoria Howell. We are passionate about giving you the best possible holiday experience in our home. We work closely with Sharlene, our local manager, to ensure the house is professionally cleaned and presented for you. We use premium hotel-quality linen on all beds. Minimum stay of 3 nights, which is a council regulation for Queenstown. A minimum 5 night stay applies during the Easter, Christmas and New Year period. Guest access The whole property is available for guests to enjoy.
