Surround yourself in luxurious comfort - a cozy gas fireplace with a cushy living room, a large dining room table where the whole family can gather, unique bedrooms with floor to ceiling bookcases - the ample master bedroom includes a sitting area. You'll find an outdoor gas barbeque and speaking of outdoors - you are only sandy steps to one of the island's most pristine beach areas - perfect for snorkeling, shelling and sunset watching. You'll find all the amenities of home and some that are probably not in your home; such as an elevator and gleaming floor to ceiling windows *Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. ***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES*** Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
