The neighborhood is quiet, but with a lot of activity due to being on the golf course, especially during the summer with weddings and functions at the clubhouse. We do have a Ring doorbell camera and a front yard Ring camera for security purposes (they are not actively monitored) Other things to note The kitchen is like your home away from home! Our kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you need, especially if you are looking forward to spending time in and cooking. NO SMOKING- if someone in your group does smoke, please let us know in advance so we can set up our designated smoking area on the side of the house. No smoking in the house, on decks, in the backyard, or in front of the house. SERVICE ANIMALS- we ask that you please consider staying at another property.
