Cozy apartment of 102 sqm on three floors, can accommodate up to 5 people. The property is located in the hamlet of Riomaggiore, Volastra, in the heart of the Cinque Terre, one of the most beautiful natural Mediterranean areas of Liguria. Highlight of the structure is the large furnished terrace, from which it is possible to admire a wonderful view of the sea. The space The interior space is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOM I with French double bed, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and entrance to the apartment. -> LEVEL I - LIVING ROOM with sofa, armchair, TV, access to the balcony and second entrance to the apartment; - BEDROOM II with French double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with bath/shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY. -> LEVEL II - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, dining table, moka coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils and access to the terrace; - TERRACE furnished and not covered. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, mobile cooling device (in bedroom II), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: there are two entrances to access the apartment, one on the ground floor and one on level I. The building has NO elevator. The apartment is developed on three levels, accessible via stairs. It is not possible to move the mobile cooler, located in the bedroom II. The stove in the living room is of furniture - It is NOT possible to use it. NO wifi. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
