Sea Dunes' pool and clubhouse is open from Memorial Day through Columbus Day from 9 am - 9 pm. Dates are subject to change based on staffing availability and weather. The clubhouse is staffed from 1 pm - 9 pm. Please review all posted rules and regulations. Should you have any questions, staff members will be available to assist you. Parking - There is parking for two cars.  Please stay within the lines in front of the townhouse. DO NOT park in front of an adjacent unit, on the grass, or on the community roads which need to allow easy passage to emergency vehicles. If parking is violated, you could be towed at your expense. Other things to note Linens - Linens include sheets for beds, 2 bath towels, 2 bath cloths, and 1 hand towel per bedroom. One hand towel in the half bah and kitchen cloth and towel are provided. Townhouse sleeps five. Bedroom #1 - queen and twin Bedroom #2 - king Our goal is to continue a quality vacation that maintains our proud 5 Star Ratings. Hurricane season is typically June through November, and nor’easters and winter storms are also possible. Reservations are subject to the listing’s cancellation policy and Airbnb’s Major Disruptive Events Policy. Common, foreseeable weather for this area is generally not covered under that policy unless it triggers a covered event that prevents completion of the stay, such as a mandatory evacuation order for the town of Duck. There will be no refunds or change of dates related to weather events. If weather risk is a concern, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance.
