South Boulder Gem

The home is on 10 acres bordering open space and the South Boulder Creek Trailhead with an unobstructed view of the Flat Irons. The backyard is large enough to throw a ball or a frisbee. There is a fire pit great for smores and a seven person hot tub. South Boulder Creek runs through the property. The dining table can seat ten people comfortably. We recently installed new carpet, painted the interior and exterior and replaced furniture throughout the home.
