The ground level offers swimming pool with tropical gardens and a covered alfresco dining area with views over the pool to the ocean. There is also an ideal teenagers retreat which can be enclosed with bifold doors and offers a TV, DVD player and comfy lounges to sit back and relax. The ground level also offers a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and third bathroom with shower and toilet. The main level is the heart of the home, featuring open plan living designed to capitalize on the stunning ocean views. The sleek and modern kitchen features walk in pantry, high quality appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine and breakfast bench. The loungeroom offers ultimate relaxation with comfortable leather lounges, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The bright and airy living rooms leads out onto the beachfront balcony with BBQ, alfresco dining and an incredible ocean vista. The middle level also offers one bedroom with a king bed. The top level offers three bedrooms, including the master suite with king bed, private balcony, walk in robe and ensuite with spa bath. Keys There is a lockbox at the property, further information will be provided after booking Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Reminder Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Access will be available by a lockbox at the property. Further details will be provided prior to your arrival. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys are to be left as per instructions on your Welcome Letter. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
