This is the largest unit on a unique property with four separate private vacation rentals located on a ½-acre lot. Your unit is fully private and includes a private front yard and back patio. The spacious patio, pool, putting green, BBQ, and outdoor seating are shared with 3 other units. The driveway is also a shared space with guests in the other units; however, there is ample parking for all of your guests. Each unit on the property is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. You can book a single unit or, if available, reserve all four units for a larger group of up to 15 guests. We offer flexible options for a variety of travel needs. To maintain a positive experience for all guests, we do not accept bookings from local residents due to negative experiences in the past. Thank you for your understanding. A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, basic toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed during their stay. Guest access Guests have full access to their private unit and its designated outdoor spaces. Please be respectful of other guests by not entering or disturbing the three other on-site units, which are separately rented. To ensure the comfort of our neighbors, we ask that guests do not gather or linger in the front yard and keep activity within their private areas. Reservations from locals will be canceled! -NO SMOKING (including marijuana) INSIDE UNIT. Smoking is allowed outside. We will bill you $250 if it smells like pot or cigarettes inside. -Government ID verification required. -A starter supply of essentials (3 rolls of TP, 1 roll of paper towels, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, etc.) is provided for guests' convenience. If you run out, you will need to purchase more for the remainder of your stay. -There is a total of 4 rental units on this 1/2 acre property. Everyone has their own private space. For the comfort of all, please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of other guests. -Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
