The space Welcome to your Nevada home away from home. Conveniently located near the countless restaurants, shops, and other businesses of South Reno, and only a 25 Minute drive from Mt. Rose, our home makes for an ideal location to enjoy both Reno and Lake Tahoe! We've designed our home with your family in mind. Our large backyard is perfect for enjoying BBQing and playing games while taking in views of snow-capped Mt. Rose. Inside you'll find countless games, including Pool, Monopoly, Scrabble, Uno, and even miniature Air Hockey. One section of the house is dedicated entirely to games, with a bar-like Pool area and game room with French Doors. Our expansive living room gives you plenty of room to spread out on the plush sectional sofa. Lay by the warm fireplace and watch movies on our smart TV with complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max. We also offer high speed internet throughout the home at 500 Mbps, perfect for remote work or streaming. With an open floor plan, our kitchen is set up for all of our cooking needs. It's complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, crockery, and dishes. You'll find cooking oil, spices, and other essentials taken care of for you. Our coffee car includes an Espresso machine, milk frother, coffee grinder, and french press. You'll enjoy delicious home cooked meals at our dining area right off of the kitchen. Our Master bedroom is fully appointed with a King bed and luxurious ensuite bath. You'll find a dedicated work space and office chair in case you need to catch up while away, and a crib in case little ones come along. All of our bedrooms are fully stocked with fresh linens and offer comfortable spaces to get some much needed rest. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Queen beds, while the 4th bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a separate twin bed.. Guest access During your stay, you'll have access to the entire house, garage, and backyard. Other things to note We offer additional homes throughout the Reno area. In the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving. Landscaping: During the spring and summer season, our landscaping crew visits the outdoor areas of the property for scheduled maintenance. They never enter the home and do their best to minimize any disruption. The current schedule for your stay will be included in your check-in message. We also offer high speed internet throughout the home at 500 Mbps, perfect for remote work or streaming. Our trash pick up days are on Tuesdays. Each Monday evening, our maintenance manager will come to the property to take the trash to the curb, and will return Tuesday evening to bring the bins back in.
