A fence with a locking gate encloses pool. SLEEPING SPACES MAIN FLOOR One bedroom with king bed and work station, full bath on the main floor (not connected) SECOND FLOOR Bedroom 1 - Master Suite - has a king size bed, en suite private bathroom with shower and extra large soaking tub. A chair folds out to a twin size bed in the master suite. A crib with linens and a pack and play are in the large walk in closet. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and adjoins a full bath (tub/shower combo) that also connects to the hallway (to be shared with others) Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each bedroom has two twin beds, and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) is located next to these bedrooms. Game Room (2nd floor) has three twin size day beds and trundle beds (total of 6 twin beds) This sleeping space is considered shared space in the listing. Two air mattresses (1 queen & 1 twin) and their linens are available and can be set up in multiple locations. Sleeper sofa in 2nd floor game room or trundle bed in main floor game room can be used for sleeping. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the basement and detached garage which is locked. Other things to note All guests will be asked to sign a liability waiver upon check-in. Guests will be required to complete an ID Verification in order to secure the reservation (Air BnB excluded). Nightly rate listed includes up to 12 guests, each additional guest is $35/per person per night (includes anyone over 2 years old). We utilize a security system with automatic smoke & carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. 2 exterior Security cameras with audio monitor and record activity in the parking area and driveway/pool area. Small well trained dogs are permitted with advance notice and permission. Pet fees of $150/dog per stay. Limited to 2 pets that already know each other.
