Within easy walking distance of the Carisbrook Falls, the highest falls in the Otway Ranges. It is the perfect base to explore the region, with the 12 Apostles just an hour and a half away and The Otway Fly, Light Station, Mait's Rest and the Conservation Centre even closer. An open plan lounge area with panoramic views is fitted with ceiling fans to keep the air fresh and moving in the Summer months. Split system units control the temperature and a fireplace. A beautiful 8 seater dining table, enough room for the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and crockery you need to enjoy your own meals and provides cooktop/oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and is equipped with pantry staples such as tea/coffee. Other features include: TV, coffee maker (pods), ceiling fans, BBQ and balcony either side to view the ocean and garden area. You will arrive to ready-made beds featuring professionally laundered crisp, white linen with nothing to do other than to relax and settle in.
