Rustic Riverside Charm & Exclusive Fishing Access!

Location. Is. Everything! Wake up and eat breakfast on the Patio with a view of the Pulaski lighthouse or curl up with a fire. The house is right on the Salmon River 'Estuary Hole' (guests have EXCLUSIVE access to fish from our brand new dock in front of the property - anyone else needs a boat!). At the right time of year, there is no better spot on the river! Close to Snowmobile trails in Winter (you can ride onto S52C with enough snow) and a 5 minute walk from the beach in the Summer. The space I’m Our delightful riverfront estuary cottage is a step back in time to the 1960's but with wifi, smart tv and all the modern amenities. On one side you have direct and private river access that you can fish from the bank, and there is beach access just a 5 minute walk around the point with breathtaking lake views. The cabin is a cute little building with a cozy living room, interior patio, small dining room and 3 little bedrooms, plus a reading nook. There is a separate Laundry Room and Kitchen. Outside there is a good sized yard and two patios, one with a gas grill. You can even drink your morning coffee with a view of the marina and lighthouse. The main bathroom is downstairs the other side of the kitchen, there is a half bath at the top of the stairs. If you would like to dock a boat, I NEED TO KNOW IN ADVANCE. I rent the dock to charter captains so have to arrange. Guest access The driveway is tight so please be careful. It can take about 4 cars in total but 3 will be one behind the other.
