Cozy Cabin on Lake Santeetlah - 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 kayaks, and canoe Relax and unwind on the screened in porch overlooking the lake, on the deck by the firepit or right on the dock. Relax, fish, swim, boat, hike - this is the place! Our cabin is great for a couple or couple with one child to relax and unwind. PLEASE NOTE - LIMITED OCCUPANCY. There is a canoe and 2 kayaks. The water at our dock is very deep and will allow almost any size boat to be docked there. The space The Cabin has 2 bedrooms, living room, single bath, screened in porch, decks and a private dock. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed (sleeps 2) and the second bedroom has a twin bed (sleeps 1). Dinner on the screened in porch, followed by a board or card game is a great way to end the day after a long day in the lake swimming, tubing, boating or playing. The cabin comes with wifi and tv. The wifi in the mountains can be iffy at times along with cell phone service. There is a smart TV, so bring your netflix, hulu, etc codes and enjoy movies or watch one of the dvds in the cabin. Sheets and towels are provided, along with toilet paper and paper towels. Bring your own lake/beach towels, and if bringing a pet, one for them as well. Other things to know: * BBQ grill is charcoal * Water at the end of the dock is deep - be extra careful with young children * Cleaning fee is $95 * Non-refundable pet fee is $50 per stay. Permission required during booking * Beer and Wine now available at the Ingles Grocery, hard liquor - BYOB * Boat rental information at the Santeetlah Marina & Denton's Boat Camp OCCUPANCY LIMITED TO NUMBER OF PEOPLE ORIGINALLY REQUESTED (max 3). We love that you have a large family and lots of friends, but our little cabin can not handle many people. We are on Town water, but on our own septic system, which was built to handle only 3 people living in the house. Any more that 3 on a regular basis can overrun the system and cause major problems. The charcoal BBQ grill is also available for you. There may be some charcoal from prior guests, but you should plan to bring your own or purchase it at the Ingles, Family Dollar or Dollar General in Robbinsville. Other things to note Dogs are allowed with owners permission before booking, and with a non-refundable $50 pet fee. Occupancy is strictly limited; events, reunions, parties are prohibited. If you will have any day guests, you must request owners permission beforehand with the number of day guests. Please read the rental agreement and liability clause of the agreement before booking. Once booked, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to the terms of the agreement. Once booked and before your stay, you will be provided with key information.
