Villa Majestic! Boat optional!

We can't quite put our finger on it, can't explain it, even though we've had dozens of reviews that try to tell us. Just what is it that creates such a vibe, a feeling of ... goodness? ... relaxation?... chill? Back to the business of getting away from the business? Whatever it is, Majestic has it. The pool, spa, waterfall, slide? All ages, all in, all the time. Fish off the dock? A libation at the tiki bar? You're surrounded by palms and no one can see you. Now try to explain that. The space We're excited to announce that we've expanded our amenities to include a 21-foot pontoon boat for rent. Whether you're looking to spend a relaxing day cruising around the canals, going to the beach or seeking out some adventure on the water, our pontoon is here to make your vacation unforgettable. Here are the rental options available for our pontoon: Full Stay Rental: Cost: $200 per day Plus fuel costs Individual Day Rental: Cost: $400 per day Plus fuel costs Please let us know your preference if you are interested in renting our boat during your stay, so we can make the necessary arrangements for your desired rental option. Please note that due to the work necessary after your use of the boat, if you rent it by the day you must use it on consecutive days. Additionally, one of us must be available to show you the boat, it’s operation and safety features (location of life jackets, fire extinguisher, horns, flares, and throwable floatation device). We will go over maps of the area so that you will know where you are and can avoid shallow areas, rocks and oyster bars. Warm and sunny regards Other things to note The property sleeps 8 adults in 4 beds. There is another bedroom for two kids, each in their own twin bed. The pictures depict a third "Full" bathroom. This is actually a half bath at the pool/tiki area. There is a private, outdoor shower as well, located behind the tiki. One dog is allowed but must be screened first for insurance purposes, and there is a hefty additional pet fee and penalty if the house or yard is not completely cleaned of all dog evidence.
