Sunset Delight

Our Sunset Delight house is a thoughtfully designed new build located at the beautiful Kai Iwi Beach. It has stunning panoramic views of the sea from the living areas and master bedroom with spectacular sunsets. There are large sliding doors so that the living areas can be opened up to the sea air and views. Only a short walk and you can be down at Kai Iwi beach enjoying a swim or taking the kids for a walk to the fantastic playground located by the beach. The space There is four reasonably sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, including an ensuite to the master. All bedrooms have blinds. A heatpump is located in the living area and heaters are available in each bedroom. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole house. The upstairs bedrooms, kitchen and living are accessed by internal stairs.
