Villa Blanca - Waterfront Midcentury Modern Home

Located in the charming and laid-back neighborhood of Indian Rocks Beach, Villa Blanca is ideally situated to enjoy all the amenities the beach community has to offer. The beautifully renovated mid-century modern waterfront home is completely updated, sparkling clean with a private pool, dock and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. You will also find pickleball courts, a skate board park, children’s playground and a nature preserve boardwalk within a 5 minute walk.BTR 2011 The space The Space The layout is perfect for a family vacation or a small group of friends. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront Villa accommodates 6 guests. The primary bedroom is an oasis located on the upper level with a private balcony, king bed, full bathroom with double sinks, sitting area and smart TV. Just off the primary bedroom, you will find a private workstation overlooking the water. The other two bedrooms (one king, one queen) are located on the main level with a full bathroom separating the spaces. The main level open-concept gathering space offers ocean views from every zone including the kitchen, laundry, dining area, living room, and conversation area. The space has been enhanced with new wall-to-wall windows overlooking the pool/spa and intercoastal waterway. The backyard is very private and offers hours of pool fun and wide-open intercoastal views. Most days you will see dolphins swimming off in the distance and often right under the dock along the seawall. In addition to dolphin spotting, the dock is also a perfect spot to sit and relax or throw in a line to catch a fish. The backyard is set up for your outdoor enjoyment, including a dining area with a gas grill, a lounge area, and a pool that includes both a shallow platform and a table built right into the water. What Else You Will Love About Villa Blanca • All common areas are located on the main level. • We live by the Golden Rule: “Treat others as you would like to be treated”. So, if there is anything that needs attention during your stay or you would like recommendations on local businesses and services, we are here to help. • Everything is super clean! The villa was completely updated in 2022: all new paint, updated bathrooms, all new stainless steel appliances, all new furniture, mattresses, linens, and towels …..Everything is brand new. It is also professionally cleaned between each stay, ensuring you’ll arrive to find it fresh and sparkling. • We provide everything you’ll need for a refreshing and worry-free holiday: beach chairs and an umbrella, cooler with wheels, float toys, sand toys, beach towels, a beach blanket, a beach wagon and basic fishing gear. • Keyless entry – no worries about picking up or dropping off a key. There are two paddles available for your use at the pickleball court! Notes: *SPA The pool naturally warms up with the Florida sun, however, if you would like to heat the spa (to a max of 104 degrees for two (2) hours) it is an additional $25/day. Spa heat must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival. *QUIET HOURS The Villa is in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. Please minimize noise and bring activity inside at 10:00pm. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if the guests disturb the neighbors and disregard house rules. *NO SMOKING Please refrain from smoking inside the Villa! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. *NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly our home is not suitable to accommodate them. *NO PARTIES OR EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. *NO BOATS ON DOCK BOAT LIFT The dock is set up to allow boat tie-up. Boat tie-up is available at your own risk. *NO STREET PARKING Our driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles.
