The cabin is not equipped with A/C so it can get a little toasty during the summer peak months, however, the mornings and evenings cool down. We usually keep the windows open and fans on to help circulate air or sit outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air.*** Guest access You will have access to the entire house. This includes front and back yard. Other things to note NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind INSIDE the property. This includes e-cigarettes and vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana INSIDE the property, there will be an additional $400 fee. ***SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY*** WINTER/SUMMER POWER OUTAGES : Please be aware during inclement weather (snow, wind, rain, freezing, fires, etc ) there may be power failures for extended periods of time. TRAVELING TO CRESTLINE: During the winter months, it’s the guest's responsibility to know and be prepared for winter road conditions. WINTER WEATHER IN THE MOUNTAINS: Light Snow Removal from vehicle / walkway is the guest's’ responsibility. Anything heavier, I will address. - Shoveling may be required to gain access to the cabin.
