Historical home reclaimed in a Vintage/ Modern style! Beautifully renewed! Everything is new inside & modernized including with AC on main floors! In the heart of Albany's historic district. Enjoy the open floor plan, or sit out on the large front porch. This property will Host 12 people with 5 beds, 3 bath. Perfect for Lg gatherings! Just blocks from Albany's downtown district , Antique mall, with 100's of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, Historical Carousel and Museum. The space Welcome to our Family space- Retro Home The property is centrally located, with LOTS of space for families or large groups. There are 5 queen beds and one full size bed, and 3 large full baths. You would be rented the entire right half of the property, all 3 levels. Both the main floor and the upstairs have air conditioning. If you do have a larger party, please inquire within, we may be able to accommodate you. Great place for gatherings, events, or large groups. Extra fees may apply. All parties and events must be approved We're looking forward to your stay . We will provide check in details, door codes and WiFi info the day of arrival, for security. The best way to reach me is thru the app for quick response. ◦ Parking: There's plenty of street parking and its free. If you wish to reserve the driveway, you can request it at $5/day. Other there is ample street parking. We are able to keep our cleaning fees low , because we have AWESOME guests who pick up after themselves, wash up their dishes and don’t stain bedding and carpets . WE aim to give you a 5 star stay. Please allow us to address any concerns if they arise , so you can give us a great review with 5 star rating! Guest access You have rented the entire right side of the Historic Home. 3 levels. We ask when entering the units, if you could kindly remove all shoes. We appreciate it. Other things to note Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Enhance Your Stay Today! Add an early check-in ($50), grab a late check-out ($50), bring a second pet ($60 IF APPLICABLE), reserve the entire driveway ($10/night IF APPLICABLE), grab a pack-n-play ($10), and/or have exclusive use of the backyard ($10/day IF APPLICABLE). Interested in hosting a gathering/event? Ask us! Pricing is dependent on total guest count. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
