Welcome to my King Bed Corner Oasis. I created this spacious, hotel-quality studio as a calm and comfortable oasis in the heart of Makati. Guests love the generous space, the exceptionally comfortable king-size bed, fast Wi-Fi, and how easy it is to get around from this location. If you value comfort, reliability, and a great location steps from Greenbelt and Glorietta, this studio is often a great fit. The space This is the largest of my Oasis studios — a space I’ve personally designed to feel both open and cozy, whether you’re staying for one night or several weeks. After stepping out of the elevator, you’ll walk to the very end of the corridor. This means the studio is a corner unit, offering more privacy and a noticeably more spacious feel than most studios in the area. Guests often mention that the space feels larger and more private than expected, especially compared to typical Makati apartments. As soon as you enter, you’ll notice the open layout and large windows with city views of Makati’s surrounding buildings. I’ve focused on creating a place where you can truly settle in. During the day, enjoy the city views or get work done with fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The dining table comfortably doubles as a work or meeting desk, something business travelers especially appreciate. In the evening, lower the blackout blinds for full privacy, relax on the comfortable sofa, and enjoy Netflix or your favorite series. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave/grill, kettle, rice cooker, and complete cooking utensils — perfect whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast or cooking a full meal at home. The bathroom has been completely refurbished in a clean, modern design and features a rain shower with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. At the end of the day, the spacious king-size bed with hotel-quality linens, lots of pillows, and a comfortable mattress makes it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Comfortable sleep is something guests consistently comment on — and one of the main reasons many choose to stay again. The sofa also converts into a queen-size bed, allowing the studio to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Guest access You’ll have the entire apartment as your private space. The rooftop swimming pool is available to guests free of charge, with a simple reservation at the front desk. We also have private parking available inside the building for a fee. Spaces are limited and shared across our listings, so if you think you may need parking, letting us know early usually works best. Limited street parking is also available a short walk away. The studio sleeps up to four guests and has enough space to welcome a visitor or two during the day. Important: The sofa bed is prepared only for reservations booked for more than two guests. If your booking is for two people, linens, pillows, and comforters for the sofa bed are not provided. Other things to note Just a quick note — you may have read recent reviews mentioning the building’s elevator. While some state the "elevator is broken" we would like to clarify that the call buttons of the two elevators are the problem and they are being operated manually by staff, 24/7. An elevator operator is riding in each elevator; from the ground floor it's as easy as to get in. To come down, guests can call the front desk, the operator will then bring it to your floor. For guests who don’t have a local number, no worries — we can provide a small phone to make the call easily - or we call it for you. The building has now started to replace the elevators - one at a time; for the next 4 months (March - July) this will be a bit of a bottleneck, and then we expect a much better service. Each of the units is unique, but all of them share that they are a little Oasis for staying in the center of Makati. I have a baby crib available on request for this unit. If you need one, please ask (early) as it is on a first-come basis shared among all my listings. It is a co-sleeper suitable for 10 months / 10 kg, however in this unit it would not easily fit directly next to the bed. COMBINED UNIT: This condo is right across the hallway from my “Morning Sun Oasis” and so I have created another listing which combines the two of them in one booking – if you need accommodation for up to 6 guests at the same time, look for the “Double Oasis for 6 guests” listing. For all confirmed guests I offer an airport transport service for a very competitive price.
