Franklin Home -Long term stays and pets welcomed!!

Beautiful, peaceful modern farmhouse on an acre with a fenced yard, mature trees ample parking and a washer/ dryer. The home sits in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to downtown Franklin, and a short drive to all the sites Nashville has to offer. We are pet friendly, but do not allow parties. The backyard has plenty of shade so you can enjoy grilling with your friends & family. Please be respectful to our neighbors and quiet hours starting at 10pm. The space Our home is in a Perfect location because it feels like you are in the country but is just a 10 min drive to downtown Franklin and 30 minutes to downtown Nashville! Come see all the sites you can easily access hwy 65 or take the scenic routes to the Natches Trace Pkwy or Loveless Cafe. The house is very cozy with wood burning fire place, modern amenities with farmhouse charm. Guest access The whole house and yard are available to our guests. There are no shared spaces.
