One-of-a-Kind, peaceful, secluded & close to town

Creekside Ranch House is a comfortable 2 story ranch style home that sits on 40 beautiful acres along mud creek in a quiet private neighborhood in North Chico. Only a 5 minute drive to north Chico and about a 10 minute drive to Downtown Chico. Whether you are coming to town for an event, work or are looking for an escape, you will love it here....we sure do! The space Creekside is a newly renovated house with all of the amenities you will need. There is a private pool that you have full access to as well as a year round creek behind the house to cool off in on the warm Chico days. Guest access Guest have access to the entire house and pool. There is also a nice 1.5 mile walking/mountain biking trail across the creek that guest are able to enjoy. Other things to note While this house is very close to town, it is still in the country which means there are animals. Particularly at dusk or early morning, animals that might wander by (mostly on the other side of the creek) are foxes, coyotes, deer, turkeys and bobcats. Also popular to the area are alligator lizards, frogs and snakes. This should not alarm you but it is important that you watch where you step. If you are bringing a pet, please notify us in advance of your stay. We also have a $35.00 pet fee per animal. Your pet will need to be well behaved (must get along with other dogs and livestock) and trained. Property is not fenced to keep dogs in or out. Small pets should watch out for hawks that live on the property that are protecting their nests. Each room has its own individual A/C and heating unit making it easily customizable to fit your needs.
