Two additional bedrooms on the main floor offer comfortable accommodations—one with a king bed and another with two twin beds, making it perfect for families or friends. These rooms share a nearby bathroom with a sparkling tub/shower. Downstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with two queen beds and a crib. The shared bathroom between these two rooms offers a double vanity and another walk-in shower. All bedrooms come with luxury hospitality-grade mattresses and linens to ensure restful nights. Up to three dogs are allowed on the property and a one time dog fee per dog applies. Starkhaus has external security cameras monitoring the driveway and fire pit area for safety purposes. Per Sister Bay zoning code, parking of boats, boat trailers, RVs or RV trailers on the property is not permitted. Guests must use designated public parking areas for these vehicles. Game Room The lower level of Starkhaus is designed for fun and conversation. Airbnb verifies identity but does not share guest age or date of birth with hosts. Because our properties have a minimum age requirement for the primary renter, we must verify this directly for insurance and compliance. Your ID is collected through a secure portal and used only for this purpose. Airbnb allows software-connected hosts to complete these steps through a secure system when disclosed in advance.
