This two-story haven boasts an upper terrace, a garden oasis, and a tranquil pool area, all with breathtaking sea views. FIRST FLOOR: Unwind in luxury on the first level, featuring a garage, a fully-equipped kitchen, a stylish dining room, an expansive terrace, and a bedroom with a cozy double sofa bed and a private bathroom. KITCHEN: Our spacious kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with a central counter and two stools, ideal for cooking or savoring breakfast with a view. Enjoy modern conveniences, including a smart fridge with an ice cube dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV, and all essential cooking utensils. DINING ROOM: The dining room is spacious and bright, and connects with the kitchen and the terrace. There is a comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a wooden dining table. There is also a small play corner for the youngest members of the family, with a table, games, and 2 armchairs. TERRACE: the terrace overlooks the private pool and the sea. It is bright and wide and is equipped with two hanging armchairs and a table with 4 chairs. SUITE 1: The first suite is located at the entrance of the house, and is divided into three spaces. An entrance hall, a large shower room, and a bedroom with a double sofa bed. GARAGE: The garage is covered and has space for 1 car. It can be parked in front of the house and on the street for free. The elevator is out of service. GROUND FLOOR It is accessed by the stairs. There is a very large hallway, surrounded by various rooms. The rooms on the ground floor have access to the garden. The ground floor has the following rooms: SUITE 2: Elegant double room with a private bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. ROOM 3: Double room with double bed, perfectly decorated. ROOM 4: Double room with double bed, carefully decorated and very elegant. BATHROOM: large bathroom to be shared between 2 rooms, with toilet, bath, and shower. MACHINE ROOM: a room where you will find the washing machine, dryer, space to extend, and the necessary tanks for the proper functioning of the house (vacuum filter, water softener, etc.). GARDEN: the garden is divided into two levels, one at the entrance of the house and one that leads to the swimming pool. POOL AREA: the swimming pool is large and the space is very pleasant, with sun loungers and tables to enjoy the surroundings and cool off during the sunny Maresme summers! UPPER PATIO (ROOFTOP) The house has a dream terrace on the upper part of the house, a rooftop. Here we find some benches. Perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the open air during spring and summer evenings! Guest access ATTEKA is an exclusive house for its hosts. - The fireplace is decorative and is not available. - The elevator is not available. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential area where the house is located. Thank you for your understanding! HOUSE RULES - It is not rented to groups under 25 years old. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card. - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit. IT'S NOT ALLOWED - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. We have a service to rent pool/beach towels. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies. - Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power - Groups of students are not allowed.
