Oceanfront Dog Friendly Cottage

All new flooring throughout the house. No more carpet in this pet friendly home! This oceanfront home offers 4 BR and 2 BA on the main level of the home plus 2 BR and 1 BA on ground level with outside entrance. Full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, 6 TVs with YouTubeTV, DVD player, wireless internet. Other features include a ground level laundry room, fenced yard, outside shower, and walkway to beach. This rental is pet friendly (dogs). Restrictions apply. See below. The space POOL AND LARGE OCEANFRONT DECK! Pool can be heated in the off season for $100/day surcharge. On the main level there are two bedrooms on the right side of the house, one with a King bed and one with two Single beds, with a full bathroom in between. On the left side there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. There is a second full bathroom off of the main living area. This level has central heat/air. On the ground level, accessed by entrance from parking area, there is a small sitting area/bedroom with TV, chair, and Double bed, and a bedroom with two Single beds, with a bathroom in between. This rental is dog friendly. An additional fee of $250 plus tax will be due at check in if bringing a pet. Two dogs maximum per stay.
