Everywhere you turn you will be able to enjoy the majesty of the mountains! The house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Two upstairs Queen bedrooms and the main level King master are all ensuites. Downstairs is a bar and game area, plus a bonus room containing 2 double beds and a pull-out sofa for additional guests, and a second woodburning fireplace. Chalet is a nicely updated cozy one-bedroom, one bath home, sitting on a two-car oversized garage. Skytop Chateau at The Summit of Beech is located just minutes away from Beech Mountain Resort, a popular year-round destination for all sorts of outdoor fun. In winter, enjoy world-class skiing and snowboarding; and in warmer months have fun mountain biking down the runs! Located just a short distance from the home is the Beech Mountain Club where guests can enjoy access to Private Restaurants, Championship Golf, Professional Tennis, and a heated pool to name just a few amenities. Guest passes must be requested and paid for in advance. Additionally, the Buckeye Recreation Center and numerous trout fishing streams are located close by. Guests also enjoy quick access to historic downtown Banner Elk so you can even experience more activities including Horseback Riding, UTV tours, an Alpine Roller Coaster, White Water Rafting and Tubing Trips, Dining, Shopping, and so much more. IMPORTANT NOTES - Located at the top of Beech Mountain, this home does not currently have air conditioning to cool the home. - If you want to stay and play on the slopes, during winter (November-April) you'll need to come prepared to handle heavy snow. You must bring 4WD or AWD vehicles to drive up to Beech Mountain, and chains may also be necessary during bad weather. - This home allows up to 2 mature dogs that weigh 50lbs or less. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. - There may be additional renters staying at Chalet At Summit Of Beech during your stay. Please be respectful of their enjoyment of the property. - Guests have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Pet rent is not included in the quoted price. This home allows up to 2 mature dogs 50lb and under each with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax which is collected through the airbnb resolution center after a booking is confirmed. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains REQUIRED during winter (Nov-March) for all Beech Mountain area homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. • The road leading to the home is paved, but the driveway is a 0.2-mile single-lane gravel road that is shared by two properties. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival
