Only a short walk to the beautiful Medina River and Bandera City Park, it is easy to enjoy the serenity and wildlife of the Texas Hill Country. Enjoy our front porch for coffee or wind down on our back deck. If live music, dancing, and shopping are more your style, we are < a mile from all the action and shops downtown Bandera offers! Dog-friendly with a fenced yard! The space The lower part of downtown Bandera is quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything Bandera has to offer. Less than a mile to restaurants or the famous 11th Street Cowboy Bar, walkable to some and a short drive for others. Either way, you can be home in no time! Both whitetail and axis deer roam freely in this part of Bandera, and they are a joy to watch from either porch! The house has two living areas and two separate, private bedrooms. The full bath is located across from the primary bedroom. The quality queen sofa sleeper is in the front of the house in a separate living area. The ranch-style fenced backyard is secure for all but the smallest dogs; our small terrier is fully secure when he visits. Bandera Bungalow is an ideal retreat for families with friendly, well-behaved dogs and children!
