You'll love the natural surroundings, including large rock features and a diverse mix of trees that remind you that you're truly in the middle of the Rockey Mountains. Breckenridge, Keystone, Monarch, Ski Cooper, Copper, Loveland, and Vail are all within a two-hour drive or less. When it's time to restock your supplies or indulge in some shopping, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, and shops in Divide or Florissant,10 minutes away, with Woodland Park just 20 minutes down the road. There are plenty of attractions to keep you busy, including Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge, world-class fishing in the Eleven Mile Canyon, Eleven Mile State Park, Mueller State Park, Cripple Creek Casinos, Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, Florissant Fossil Beds, ATV/UTV & Jeeping trails, and biking trails. Parking is easy with a designated spots in front of the guest suite, and trailer parking can be arranged prior to arrival. Please note that all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive is required during the snow season (October-June) due to the possibility of snow and steep grades. Please understand that we are in the mountains at 9100' and weather is unpredictable. Cancellations are not permitted due to weather. Guest access Directions and Keycode to be provided 24 hours prior to check-in once Rental Agreement has been signed. Other things to note Listing Notes: - Host lives on the property. Please feel free to say hello if you see us outside. We always enjoy meeting our guests! - The area outside of the guest suite as well as the open area with the picnic table is available for guests to use. - We have various outdoor games including cornhole, washer boards. Please contact the host if you would like to use these during your stay. - Use caution when outside in the evening as the property is in the mountains and you may encounter wildlife. - Cameras are present outside the garage that record video. No cameras are located inside the guest suite. - Please do not attempt to disable/re-aim/cover/remove the cameras or their systems as this will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund. - Guest is required to sign a rental agreement before their stay is confirmed. The rental agreement will be sent after booking however a preview is available upon request. Acceptance of the rental agreement is required 2 weeks prior to the start of the stay or within 2 days of of the booking if less than 2 weeks. Reservations may be canceled by the host if agreement has not been signed within the noted timeframe.
