Crellas Beach Apartment is situated in the beautiful village of Seaton, Cornwall a short trip away from the iconic seaside town of Looe and a short journey away from Britain's Ocean City, Plymouth. The apartment itself is located a mere 200 yards from the beach and just meters from the stunning Seaton Country Park footpath which takes you through miles of ancient woodland. This makes Crellas Beach Apartment the ideal location for a seaside getaway for couples, families, and avid ramblers. The space The self-catered apartment itself consists of a large living and dining area with a modern and spacious kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a shower room with a walk-in shower, and a large balcony ideal for evenings sat watching and listening to the sea. The apartment has been decorated in a modern minimalistic style, with every room fitted with vinyl flooring and blackout blinds. The site has private parking for up to two vehicles. The apartment is attached to our residential address but is completely self-contained with its own private entrance and balcony area. The balcony area is fitted with sun loungers and an outdoor sofa with coffee table, making it the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views of the beach and the valley. The balcony is the ideal place to enjoy a nice warm drink in the morning or a nice refreshing drink throughout the day. The apartment comes with free high-speed Wi-Fi (Approximately 45mbps), making it ideal for those looking to work whilst they enjoy their time by the sea. The apartment is completely dog friendly but we do ask that guests contact us prior to arrival and do not allow their furry friends on the furnishings. There is an outside tap available for those who wish to rinse off sandy or muddy paws and boots and is located just in front of the apartment, but please make sure the tap is turned off when you are done. The BBQ, Firepit, and seating area is located in front of the property to the right. A hearty-sized BBQ grill and Firepit is the perfect place to spend the evening after a long day in the sun. (Charcoal & Fire Wood NOT provided) Please be aware, we do have a very friendly cat and dog on-site and external CCTV cameras for security purposes. Guest access Guests will have full access to the self-contained apartment with it’s own private entrance and balcony area. Guests will also have access to the shared garden and BBQ areas. We do kindly ask that guests try to leave these areas as they find them.
