On the Upper Floor is the Ensuite Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and Office Alcove. Bathroom has Jetted Tub/Shower. The Loft on this Level has a Full Size Futon. On the Main Floor is the Great Room with Living Area with Television and Fireplace, Dining Area and Kitchen. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make meals at the Cabin (please see Pics and Welcome Letter in attachments). The Second Bedroom with Queen Size Bed, Third Bedroom with Extra Long Twin Beds are on this level and share the Bathroom which has a Steam Shower. The Wrap Around Deck is on this level with Outdoor Dining Table and Barbecue. The Lower Floor of the Home is a Game Room with Pool Table, Dart Board and TV. Also on this level is the Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. Pet friendly - Fido is welcome for an additional fee (please see rates). The caveat however is if you have severe dog or cat allergies this is probably not the property for you. Incline Village is an Outdoor Adventurers Playground – Golf, Hiking, Biking, Skiing, Water Sports on the Lake are all a few minutes drive from the House. Closest Grocery Store is Raley’s and there is a great selection of Restaurants to choose from. And lastly and most importantly, please read all disclosures below before booking: Please note- this is a rural property, where we are lucky to have a natural population of wildlife. Bears and coyotes are prevalent, and although you may never see one, you should be aware not to leave food out to attract them, nor attempt to approach such animals for photo-ops. There are also small creatures like field mice, which can occasionally get into the house, in spite of efforts to trap them and seal all entry points- a mouse can scurry in unseen while you are loading or unloading your car and have the door open. Please do not book here if the sighting of a small or large animal will frighten you or cause you to want to leave. No refunds will be given for this. If coming in Winter: This is Incline Village (named that for a reason) and we are at a high elevation in Incline Village as you can see in the pictures with the view of the Lake. There will be snow, there will be ice - this is a given in the Winter here. You should most definitely have a 4WD/AWD vehicle to get up the hill from Mt Rose Hwy/431. We have snow removal service for the Driveway, they clear every 24 hours if necessary and only if the snow is more than 6 inches. They will not come and clear the driveway if you request it on short notice. So, if any of this is an issue for you, please do not book. Additional disclosure.... Our neighbors started construction in August to add a 2nd story to their house, construction to likely be a year. They already have a 7200 sqft home, really??? Honestly, I don't get it but it is what it is.... It has been normal business hours so far and none of our guests have complained but want to make sure you aware..... If this is an issue for you please do not book. Entire Property Quiet Upper Incline Village with Amazing View!
